The lotus Eaters is definitely the best restaurant in Elounda. The staff make you welcome as soon as you enter the restaurant, the view from the restaurant is amazing. We ate here in early April when we were visiting Elounda as part of our honeymoon.
Elounda was quite quiet as it was out of season and this was one of the few restaurants that was open. It is not the most visible restaurant as it is not on the main strip on the square but we were very glad...

We ate here only once on our recent holiday and regretted not going back on our last night. When you walk along the seafront, you will get accosted by all sorts of restauranteurs selling their wears - keep walking - especially past The Ferryman (but thats another story!)

Thank you for your amazing review of our restaurant,you have just about summed us up: we are a small restaurant tucked away at the end of a(sometimes)pushy promenade which can make us not so easy to find, it does, however, mean that we benefit from no traffic and very few disruptions in a very peaceful part of town.

Visited based on prior recommendations and went back for a second visit the following day. A little out of the way in Elounda but worth hunting down. Excellent food, good value, and served in a friendly atmosphere by the chatty owners. Nice cat too...

Ate here on 2 occasions lunch and diner. Food and service excellent. We were only in Elounda for 4 nights had we been here for longer we definitely would have returned. Certainly the best eating place in Elounda. Highly recommended for a visit.

Extensive menu, friendly staff but a bit expensive. Loved the view very romantic setting. They do a fabulous Stamnas and the deserts are to die for.
