the carpacio was excellent, but there was too many vegetables.The food overall was great.The service was very good at our table, though I'm not sure all tables were so lucky.Overall, a very good night out.

The atmosphere, the old historical surroundings of Uppsala, the service and a combination of excellent food and wine. Much of the food is both organic and locally grown, the wine often organic but for natural reasons not locally produced. ;-) In essence, the best dining experience in Uppsala!

A good attempt to create a topclass restaurant in Uppsala. Definitely in right direction but the ambitions not always 100% meeting the goals. Without doubt a very nice food expirience, good choice of wines mostly ecologic, well served and ambitious level not slipping away in unnecessary complications. Sitting in the outdoor area is truly amazing. The spot is fantastic, you got a view of the castle, dome, park and carolina. The house is nicely renovated and the indoor lounge really comfy. The food is very good. But please improve the service. The staff was unattentive, slow and did not take any initiatives.

Relaxed outdoor dining during the summer months. Probably the best Uppsala has to offer right now. (2010-07)
