This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and tasty cookie. They serve the perfect treats for celebrations like birthdays and were a terrific value...it was almost as good as free! Like other reviewers, I found the seating limited, but not terribly busy since it was during the work day. If I get the... More

This is a nice little coffee shop a block off Skólavörðustígur and not immediately visible from there so many may miss it. They serve excellent coffee in a nice and cozy setting. The cakes and cookies are delicious too. Very friendly staff and really good baristas. Check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We had this on our 'must visit' list of places to eat/drink while in Reykjavik. It's a lovely little cafe with a great atmosphere and a nice selection of drinks and desserts. The only problem is that there's quite limited seating and it always seemed very packed, probably partly because of all the great reviews on here, but also popular... More

Good coffee and hot chocolate. We had the cheese cake and apple pie, both served with plenty fresh whipped cream! Friendly and cosy place to warm up.

Two mornings out of three we went straight from the hotel over to the "C" for a quality coffee before setting out for our adventure for the day.The coffee is great, the cakes are delicious, the ambiance conducive for a good start to the day. This is how coffee shops should be.

I thought this place was really nice and quiet, just off the main street. The cookies were great but would have been a little better if they were served heated. Overall a good, decently priced place to stop for a quick snack. The staff were very nice. I would recommend!

We stopped in quickly for a cookie of curse. The cookies were large and delicious. I wished they had heated them up before serving, but overall they were good. Definitely will return here our next time in Iceland.

Their soups are a must try, very reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Cookies and hot chocolate are also worth tracking thus place down for.

Great little place for some lunch or a drink while sheltering from the cold. If only British coffee shops could learn from 'C is for Coffee'. Soup, sandwiches, cake and the hot chocolate all excellent and at a reasonable price.

Very welcome relief from the icy wind! Excellent coffee & cake & best prices I've encountered in Reykjavik. Very welcoming owners/staff. Top one! Miss it and miss- out!
