Great food and brilliant service, can't fault this pub! We ate in the restaurant part of the pub and it offered a fantastic 3 course menu for £16.95, excellent value.
Been here before when visiting a friend and loved it, came back on a Sunday and I have to say it does not fail to satisfy! Had a roast beef dinner which was absolutely beautiful, could not fault it, fresh veg cooked to perfection and lovely tender beef. This is such a welcoming pub from the locals that drink there...

27 of us for my birthday cannot fault them in any way food top notch especially the lamb shank atmospher perfect staff good at there job very professional landlady carol friendly helpfull nothing to much trouble made my night even arranged a cake for me which was beautifull tjank you lots would highly recommend it

We called in for a beer having read all the rave reviews on TA, but really can't see the attraction. The place has no atmosphere and is desperate for a good clean and make over.
