Guido is striving for perfection and achieving it. Fantastic service and very hospitable, amazing food and even a great range beers. Guido can also now add Irish Coffee to his repertoire of after dinner drinks, courtesy of one of our party. Not many restaurants in this region can boast of that! Well done trip advisor, you've done it again!

Rovereto was a surprise and a delight: recommended to me in 2010 for MART (Museo di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea) and its accompanying Futurist archive, as well as Casa d'Arte Futurista Depero (okay, so I'm an academic), I first encountered Al Trivio, and the charming Mr Lorenzini, one snowy winter night. I've been back to Al Trivio twice since then,... More

Al Trivio is an experience worth going out of your way for! Guido is the perfect host, his selection of wine (let him choose for you; his recommendation can't be beaten), and the seafood (tuna sashimi, prawns, bream and bass bought daily at the fish market in Milan) is the best I've had in Italy in the 6 months I've... Customer service was amazing! We got lost and were unable to find the restaurant, so the owner came to meet us and drove us to the restaurant. The food was simple, yet delicious. Presentation was elegantly done.Would definitely recommend Al Trivio!!

I've been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food at Al Trivio is more refined than at other restaurants in Rovereto, and the menu has something for everyone (meat, fish, vegetarian). This is a place where you come to sit down and really enjoy the food (if you are looking for a huge plate of pasta or... More

What a brilliant place. I have never experienced such great service & hospitality in my travles. The food was excellent and (very surprisingly) resonably priced. The owner takes great pride & passion in his service and the atmosphere to give you a wonderfall experience. He will recommend the wine if asked and will not just try and sell off the... More

We stumbled upon Al Trivio during our visit to Rovereto last week and it was one of the unexpected highlights of our trip. The owner, Guido Lorentiui, is fluent in Italian, English, German and French. His obvious passion and warmth shines throughout the restaurant. We were a large party who came for several lunches and dinners. Every dish we tried... More

This restaurant is a jewel. We like coming here because of its ambience and it personal touch in virtually everything. From welcoming and hosting, to selecting the food and the wines, and of course the dishes themselves. Over time, we have tried several entrees, pastas, and main courses and have always enjoyed them because of their delicate and well-balanced taste,... More

Thank You so much, Mr RobertRx! It is nice to get good comments from People coming from other Countries! I'm seriously thinking about learning some Dutch: next time I'll probably respond in your own language! Best Regards Guido Lorenzini More
