I was gutted that timings meant I could only visit this place once during our visit to Portrush. I'd say that it's a tea shop that does food rather than a restaurant as such. The cakes were fabulous. Not cheap, no, but not outrageous for very generous portions of delicious home made cakes. The raspberry scones were very good, but... More

I have eaten here several times their homemade soups are fantastic and I have rarely seen such an array of breads, scones, cakes, gateaux and pies all so obviously home baked by a professional. This place is a must when you visit Portrush -it's a pity it's so far out of town as you really have to know about it... More

Took my friend for her first visit to Leona's and she couldn't believe the most amazing cakes on sale.... We had scones and panini's which were excellent. Lovely setting next door to Hotel and overlooking the the North Coast. A very pleasant Tea Room and very pleasant and helpful staff.

Good home-cooked food. A delight to eat! From Irish stew as a special to various mouth watering pastries and cakes. Each day we visited the place was well patronised.

Visited for the first time a few days ago. Had a chicken salad sandwich followed by a slice of victoria sponge. Both was lovely, huge portions so definitely good value for money. Huge selection of homemade cakes, only wish I had been able to try all of them! Will definitely re-visit when I'm in the area.

I decided to visit here after reading such amazing reviews and on arrival it appeared I had made the right choice. The selection of cakes was lovely- all looking very home made. But really after this it was all disapointment. The portions were massive, but really this was Quantity over Quality. My Victoria Sponge was hard and dry, not Fresh... More
