Busy and lively restaurant/bar. Food was pretty good and prices were reasonable.

i have visited Pat Collins Pub in Adare several times and the service and food is fantasic, the staff are courteous and friendly. There is a great choice on the menu. There is traditional music there on a Wednesday night and the musicians are excellent. I have throughly enjoyed every visit.

We stopped at Pat Collin’s one day for lunch. We ordered the seafood chowder and an order of chips. The service was good and the food came out quickly. We all enjoyed the chowder. We saw a couple of other diner’s meals and wished we could have been in the area to try out some more of the menu.

Visited Sean's place yesterday (great) and visited papa Collins' tonight. Great atmosphere, got a perfect Guinness pour (shamrock). We ate late and several of the specials were gone. Can't go wrong with either pub.

Recommended by the bellman at Adare Manor. Liked the soup and bread very much. Had an adequate prawn salad.
