Dear Cork 008,
Many thanks for taking the time to write a response. Firstly we must apologise for the delayed service on the night in question, with so many celebrations and activities taking place in Clifden at the moment we are extremely busy and apologise for the delay, this is not typical of the service in EJ Kings.

Lovely Saturday afternoon pub stop. Good food and music on the square outside.
the food was great. and our waitress was attentive and helpful!
My wife and I dined here during our holiday in Connemara. To be honest we were disappointed. You have to climb three flights of stairs to the restaurant. The restaurant itself is unimpressive, dull with dated , faded and stained paintwork. The overall look of the restaurant is typical of a lower-end pub/restaurant scene. The service was perfect, and the manager made...

Have visited EJ King's many times over the years. Well done on maintaining excellent food and efficient, friendly staff. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable and the ambience and decor are perfect. Another very nice evening.
We only had one night in Clifden and decided we would try this place out. The food was very good, some of the best fish and chips I had while in Ireland! The staff was very friendly, had some football on TV and then musical entertainment later on in the evening. Would really recommend stopping by for some fish and...
