My husband and I just had the most amazing meal at Au Bon Vivre, in The Saintes. We have been sailing and island hoping in the Caribbean for a year and a half and this is unquestionably one the best restaurants we've experienced. the chef is from Toulouse and he takes you on a wonderful journey through the tropics and back to his home of foie gras and duck breast.
