Staff were exceptionally helpful. Especially our Scotish waiter. Oysters were fresh. A deep wine list and a steak that has to be in my top 5 of all time. Would go back I a heartbeat.

There is a great choice of restaurants in Woolloomooloo, and this one ticks a few boxes, but not all.
The location in the summer is perfect and the host gave us a good table outside table , which is a must.
The service from that point was average. The food, was good, (squid to start) followed by a catch of...

Great views, excellent ambience, awesome food and wine list. What more can you ask for at Woolloomooloo at Sydney. Oysters, Lobsters, Fresh Fish, Squids, Steaks are my regular orders at Manta and they have a menu which is short and sweet. Mud Crabs are served fresh from the tank at the Hotel which is awesome. One of my favorite hangouts
I went there for my best friends birthday party around lunch time. Excellent service. Yummy food with very good presentation. Wheather was nice and everyone enjoyed it.
wooloomooloo wharf is busy at night, lots of different restaurants are lined up at the yacht-side - and if you wish to eat good fish and good sea-food book a table at the manta restaurant. the menu is not too big which is quite assuring that you get fresh products , and they are - the salads combinations are inspiring...

Lovely spot and wonderful weather. Food was curiously off centre. Natural oysters were much below standards set at Sydney fish markets. My fish of day was cooked OK but nothing special. Service was competent without ever becoming engaging. A little disappointed.
The service was very slow considering that the restaurant was half empty. The food was OK, but you expect a lot more when paying north of $60 for a main.Dirty plates were only removed after we called a waiter and the water was not automatically topped up. The setting at Woolloomooloo is very pleasant. Whach out for the Sunday surcharge...

On Cowper Wharf, nice outlook over the private marina. I was a little disappointed that all the restaurants along the wharf looked and felt exactly the same. Had dinner here on a Saturday night. I found service to be very good, there were plenty of staff at the time, and all of them were helpful and friendly.
The children were...

This restaurant, located on Cowpers Wharf in Woolloomooloo was extraordinarily expensive for the quality of service (slow........) and food (average). This is somewhat of a touristy area. We were interested in crayfish(lobster) and were quoted a price of $195.00(AUD). Come on. The service level was absolutely too laid back.
This is a very pleasant restaurant in Woolloomooloo. They have an interesting selection of oysters with were very knowledgeably described by our waiter so we opted for a small selection. We then ordered fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and served with a rocket salad washed down with a bottle of Wairu. We then ordered a cheese taste with...
