Nothing to add.... this is the best restaurant in Australia, varied menu, bright young service, fantastic options to view bridge or Opera House. And...the food superb. Just doesn't get any better !

I was skeptical when the concierge at the Park Hyatt recommended a restaurant in the cruise terminal. In my experience, airports, train stations and cruise terminals are not known for world class dining experiences, but like the Grand Central Oyster bar, there are exceptions/

This is a really great spot to eat, we were there on a business night out and everyone was raving about the food and the views. Give it a try we had no complaints at all.
We opted for the degustation with premium wine paring. The attention to the detail in both the food presentation and texture is amazing. Beautifully delicate and interesting ingredients, excellent service and a wonderful location. Couldn't fault any aspect of our evening.

Spectacular location with views of Harbour Bridge, Luna Park and Opera House. Food absolutely wonderful, service excellent. Wonderful restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. 5 Star!

The ingredients...

The food was simply amazing - the textures and flavours and presentation were all as you would expect from a restaurant with this reputation. The service was friendly without being intrusive...
