Nice decor but the lunch menu we had was really rather average. Two of the fried noodles tasted the same, just with different meats and we could probably have done the same at Noodle Box.

After years of being a devoted Ying Chow customer I am recently been less than impressed with their food & service, therefore have been trying a few other Gougar St eating houses.
Stopped looking since finding Ky Chow. This restaurant serves some of the best Asian food my wife and I have ever eaten. All dishes fresh & delicious, well...

One of my favourite Chinese restaurants. Good food, reasonably priced. I'm a frequent customer for sure!
Great food, generous proportions. Had a very tasty spicy fish meal amongst other things. Service is fast but seems to 'push' people through a bit.
We ordered a couple of hot & sour soups and two different fish dishes and all were very nice. the only gripe i had was that the spicy fish with a supposed 4 chilli hotness rating was only a 1 chilli in my book. taste was fairly unique and would order both dishes again. Word of warning, unless you have...

We have visited Ky Chow numerous times, including very recently. The experience has been consistent: reasonably priced food, prepared fresh and delivered promptly...That's what keeps us coming back.
We often order at least one of the chef's specialties/recommended dishes on the menu and none have disappointed us! Whenever we are on Gouger St and in need of Chinese food, Ky...

This was a great little restaurant with amazingly good food! Service could be improved upon as we often had to go up to the bar to make requests as no one came to our table. All in all the food was excellent and priced adequately. One questionable moment was when the waiter cleared the table across from us and poured...

Well I had never eaten Jelly Fish before! This is one of those restaurants that suit large groups of people who want to order lots of different dishes to share. This was only the second time I had been and both times the experience has been consistant. The staff hadn't exactly been to Sizzler Friendly School but they were pleasant...

Good & tasty, staff were all standing around @ the front counter eating when we arrived, although we were there @ midday just as they opened, not a good look.
Work party of 17 and all went pretty well. Service has always been a bit hit and miss in my 10 years or so at this restaurant.
