Great value for lunch, sandwiches, cakes, coffee and cold drinks. Friendly service Very reasonably priced.
We discovered this bakery on our first visit to hobart and each time we return to hobart we must go and have one of their tasty treats. The lamingtons are delicious as are all their cakes! They also have pies, sausage rolls and soup etc. Well worth a visit if you are on sandy bay road and you are hungry!

Great....and I mean great....cakes, pastries and pies - then comes the made on the spot sandwiches, the delicious coffee and a quiet place to enjoy it while catching up on the local papers or watching the world go by. The staff are friendly and efficient. This place is a gem!
It can get busy, especially if the weather is good, but well worth the wait. Get the vanilla slice. You haven't lived until you do. The beach nearby is a lovely walk with delicious baked goods in hand, and a newsagent is close too for the morning paper.
yummy leak and cauliflower pies and the kiss biscuits are very fresh (real jam)
