Excellent breads, biscotti, pastries etc. And a great range of piadinas - but be warned they sell out pretty quick. Coffee usually pretty good depending on who is pulling.

This is where the locals get their bread, fabulous cakes, best bircher muesli in Melbourne and delicious lunches oh and great coffee. Sitting under the plane trees in Fitzroy Street (in the Paris end)looking over toward the park to the city with a 'baker' treat and coffee is the perfect way to start the day. Closed on Mondays.
all lovely cakes and pastries. I believe baked on the premises. Good coffee, always busy. Good location on Fitzroy street.

This bread is perfect, get in early for fresh out of the oven, heavenly smelling aromas of the grain bread.

I've been making my weekend pilgramage for 11 years now, I think that says it is Australia's best bread and pastries without a doubt, unfortunately so many agree and he needs a bigger shop and ovens, the queues can be quite long and the espresso machine doesn't help!! Time for new premises!! I still love it!!
Created by true artisans. Bread is very similar to the homemade woodfired bread my grandmother used to make in Sicily. Just wonderful.
Great bread and some of the best custard doughnuts ive ever had.. Can be pretty busy but worth the wait
