My husband and I loved the tramcar dinner experience. First of all, we love riding trams to see the cities, but most of all we enjoy good food and wine! What a great combination. After dinner,we were able to walk back to our hotel along the Yarra River. What an enchanted evening!!!

We did this as part of a tour group. Our group boarded 2 different tram cars- the first group with the tour director, we got on the 2nd car behind. The interior was lovely, food and service was excellent. Unfortunately, we think our route to St. Kilda was interrupted due to an accident so the car ended back in the... More

This is one experience that I highly recommend if you are every in Melbourne. I have been on the Tramcar Restaurant twice now and I will go again the next time I am in Melbourne. The tram boards across from the crown casino which provides parking at a price if you decide to drive in. The tram itself is a... More

I've loved this both times I've gone on the Tramcar! What a lovely experience - packed into tiny places but great drinks and food! And both times I've met the most interesting people visiting from overseas. Not to be missed! Next time I am taking the longer, later version. An ideal romantic experience.

This is a spectacular way to dine and see Melbourne all in one. I had never been on a Melbourne Tram and only ever visited Melbourne once before on a work conference. The tram took us through the CBD and then to St Kilda and return. The meals were delicious, the service was fabulous and drinks are included. We did... More

We had a perfect day on the 10th of May aboard the 'Tramcar' I personally felt proud to be a Melbournian. We were a big group and occupied almost the whole tram. Partly overseas visitors and it was a great way to spend an afternoon. Everyone one had great comments and a special thanks goes to the friendly crew, Melanie... More

We took this because of positive reviews on tripadvisor. I tought that for such price one might get a somewhat gourmet experience but was dissapointed. The food was average or less. One out of two servants was fine, while the other one was hardly making even an artificial smile. It's kind of exotic experience to eat in a tram, but... More

I mixed up the meeting time and missed our sitting. Was very lucky the next sitting had a vacancy and was able to transfer to later sitting, just had to pay the difference. we were made to feel very welcome from the beginning. Drinks were ordered and served within 2-3 minutes (included in cost of trip). Appetizers were on table... More

Sunday lunch on a tram not something we had done before but really good fun. Food and service much better than you would expect given the constraints of being on a vintage tram-car. All inclusive menu includes pre-dinner drinks, wine and something with your coffee. Limited choice food menu but quality was good for all courses. Our first day in... More
