While most people enjoy a cold gelato on a hot summer day, Kaffee Eis offers its delectable treats all year round. Personally I enjoy going out for dinner on Courtenay Place and then having a yummy gelato afterward. Lots of great flavours and the staff are always willing to let you try before you buy. YUM!

This place is nice place to stop while strolling about the Wellington waterfront. Friendly staff, very good coffee and gelato to keep you going. My choice was the caramel flavour, which went down a treat. Great place to watch the world walk by while you sip on a flat white.

I had always heard about Kaffee Eis, but had never tried it until yesterday. I was not disappointed. The ice cream is devine, and a huge selection at that! A two scoop ice cream is very large, so it's great value for money. I recommend the Bonbon flavour.
