We went for a 40th birthday celebration on a Sunday lunchtime in a large group ranging in age from babies to a nonogenarian and everyone had a great time. Food was simple but well prepared and staff were friendly and resilient to meet our varied needs. Exeeded everyone's expectations and can't wait to return.

My wife and I spent two very pleasant nights at The Governors Bay hotel.
The room we stayed in had a great view of the harbour and bushlands, and I loved eating my breakfast on the upstairs verandah taking it all in.

Governer's bay hotel is one of those gems, where you sit and think, there's nowhere else I would rather be. The views are gorgeous and the food and wine selection excellent. The hosts make you feel very welcome but are unobtrusive.
