This restaurant has had a new fit-out since I was last there a few years ago - such an improvement! The service was good. The location is great. Fine if you want a quick simple meal, and the menu is extensive. However there is nothing special about the food. I won't be returning until they hire a new chef.

Managed to get a park right outside and the last table! Restaurant was packed. Meals fantastic, fresh produce, considering it was a long weekend. The two waiting staff outstanding with amazing multi tasking skills, fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Handy location, oysters awesome, mussels/clams disappointingly dry and small, blue cod batter too heavy but fish great, dessert cheesecake to die for.

Recently I took my daughter out for a special meal, just the two of us. We had a beautiful meal and the staff were very friendly. I have lived in Dunedin for 25 years and cant believe I have never been to this place before. The atmosphere was lovely and we will definitely go there again.

We had the blue cod for dinner and it was delicious. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and the service was excellent.

Dined here in February 2013. All food was good especially the Steaks which were really really good. The restaurant is well appointed and in a great central location. Highly reccommended.

Although getting towards the upper end of the price scale, it was justified by the quality of the experience. The staff were attentive but unobtrusive, the seafood was excellent and the local wine selection covered a wide range.

Had dinner here. Both had prawn cocktail to start which we're extremely tasty. My wife has the blue cod which she said was very good. I had Reef and Beef which was excellent - really tender steak and tasty prawns and salmon. Quick service without being pushy. A good selection of wines at sensible prices.
