When I lived in Queenstown, my friends and I made this our local. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is awesome.

Wandered in here on most of our evenings in Queenstown, the monteiths beers are very cheap, and even better during happy hour! Always seemed to be a good atmosphere & staff were friendly. Will be the first place I head for a drink next time I'm in Queenstown!

The alcohol was so cheap we actually had to ask the waitress a second time if she was sure the price was right. Also the food was as good as any fine dining restaurant however the price was so reasonable. Staff were friendly and attentive Highly recommended.

I thought they played too much hip hop music for my taste, and it was always dead. there was never anyone else there. the drinks are quite cheap for nz though so as a backpacker that was great, good for one or two drinks not good for a night out.

One table did complain how loud the music was and it was turned down a bit but i still don't think electronic dance music... More
