Called in on a couple of occasions for a drink the place has a good atmosphere and the staff friendly and polite, Maybe next time we are in nelson we may have a meal. Would definitely recommend for a drink.

A busy and popular place but you didn't feel rushed and nothing was a bother. Good choice on the menu and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Great value

Four of us went for meals and received great food (3 large roast dinners & pasta) followed by live entertainment. Spent quite a bit of time looking for somewhere reasonably priced - as most had window menus. Highly recommend the Vic!

The beer is fantastic - and likely mist of the food menu is as well. Unfortunately, we ordered the veggie nachos which was a tiny bowl of onion soup and a few tortilla chips. It was expensive and disappointing. I would definitely go back for the beer though...

We enjoyed a very nice meal at The Vic Brewbar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service friendly and efficient. Recommended as good value for money.

Great selection of food and matching beers. There is a great atmosphere in the bar and all the staff are pleasant and helpful. My husband enjoyed working his way through some of the beers (I offered to drive!)
