Such a cool little restaurant. What a find. Loved the Fondue and the kids were buzzing after eating snails! Reasonable priced and great atmosphere!
This is the real deal, if you want genuine French food and atmosphere this is it, we love walking in to town for Cafe au lait et pain au chocolat. Excuse my french
We had lunch in Bonjour and returned a couple of days later to have dinner. The staff are very attentive, the food was delicious and great value for money. The owners of the restaurant are French and all the staff speak French as well as English. We look forward to returning to New Zealand and the Arrowtown to try more...

I was in New Zeland for few week and i stopped by Arrowtown.I eat at Bonjour,it was like home!! Good service, and a nice and simple Bistro food!! I really enjoy it!! Try the Crepes and Galettes, they are very tasty!!
I had a couple of glasses of lovely french Pinot Gris and a Croque Monsieur Poulet followed by a lemon and sugar crepe for dessert. It was a lovley sunny day and we sat outside. The service was friendly and efficient. There are many great places for lunch in Arrowtown this has to be one of the best.
We re-visited this lovely little cafe during the Arrowtown Autumn Festival week, it was very busy , but our food and drinks arrived quickly and we ate outside watching the parade pass just metres from our table. The crepes were perfect and the ham and cheese croissants hot and delicious. A great lunch to round off a perfect Festival visit.
Best breakfast I've had ever! French toast was excellent as was the hazelnut spread and banana crepe.
Our group of four stopped in for breakfast a few days after Easter weekend. What a treat. Delicious fresh baguette, croissant and pain au chocolat, and I couldn't resist a sweet lemon crepe. The coffee was good enough to order a second. Relaxed atmosphere and interesting French themed decoration, with lots to look at. The staff were friendly, chatting in...

we were greeted by friendly French Waitresses. The interior was like a cafe. We waited half an hour for our food which, by no stretch of the imagination, was French.
steak (not done rare as requested), small helping of french fries, noisette of frozen garlic butter.
c'est tout.
my daughter had the fish of the day, (not sure which day)...

Sorry for the waiting time, but it was a busy evening and we do our food from scratch, so it takes time to come...
