A very busy (book) authentic mexicana which provides generous portions of superb Mexican food.
This is THE best Mexican food ever. Situated just across the road from the Lake in Forster. The service is great, cocktails wonderful and food even better! If you passing by or live locally......try it!
The food was wonderful and represented good value. There were 6 childrens meals to choose from all under $10. All of the food we chose was delcious. There was an extensive cocktail menu - the Toblerone cocktail ($10 special) was divine. Food great for those with special dietary requirements (Gluten free) as staff had a good understanding of the meals... More
Negatives: - Food is horrible and very overpriced: there is nothing that I, or anyone that I went there with, ate that appeared or tasted fresh. Food is what you would expect from a dodgey taco stand walking home from the pub on a Friday night. I ordered a 'salad' to share with another person, all it was was a... More
Service was excellent from the moment we walked in. Very casual laid back colourful place, oppostie the lake. The staff knew the menu well, as my travelling companion was gluten intolerant and needed to understand the menu ingredients, staff were obliging and helpful. Enjoyed the meal for the value. Would recommend if you wanted a easy meal option, with friendly... More
my husband and i could not believe what we were served a pile of mush it was like we were served somebodys leftovers. our kids wouldnt eat any of the microwave corn chips it was digusting we were so hungry when we got home. waste of time and money....feel sorry for the young girls that have to serve the food.
Absolutely overpriced slop!! I ordered a dish with chicken in it and all I got was a plate piled up with raw chopped up vegetables and minced up beans - I'm not a fussy eater but I couldn't eat more than two mouthfuls! I asked to speak to the owner (who we could see in the kitchen) but he refused... More
Cocktails are interesting and great. Service was friendly, efficient and good. Ambience is interesting and themed in Mexican as you may expect. However the food was terrible with enchiladas and burritos already on a plate and just microwaved giving it no freshness and tasteless. I had a frujitto which looked more like a dogs dinner that had been microwaved. Neither... More
The food was great it was affordable and the staff were very friendly. They also have live music on some weekends. So you can go out with the family and have a great time together.
