excellent traditional polish tastes at a good price!great wooden interior and kind staff!anything you try will definetely be good!a must-visit in Warsaw!
We went to this restaurant during our stay in Warsaw as it wasn't too far from our hotel, and we were keen to try Polish food. The interior is very nice - wooden and in a rustic style, and the serving staff are dressed in traditional Polish outfits. One thing to say about this place is the servings are huge... More
During our three day trip to Warsaw, we had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions. Staff very friendly and efficient with good command of English. Tried the dumplings and beetroot soup both of which I would recommend. The decor of the restaurant is very rustic and frequented by many locals which is always a good sign. Prices were reasonable.... I was concerned that this would be faux traditional but was pleasantly surprised. The food, the hospitality and the atmosphere were simply wonderful. Definitely a great choice for good, solid (read: not "lite") Polish comfort food. The meal was great and it was fun to see the mostly-local clientele enjoying informal camaraderie.
I have been to this restaurant with my husband and 10 year old son. It was our day of arrival to Warsaw, so we looked for a place to taste local cuisine. The decoration, and the food were very local, but the taste were not so fancy, just above average I can say. We ordered some dumplings, soup and other... More
Enjoyed dinner here (at the suggestion of my nearby hotel). The food was good, and the service was excellent. I am not saying you cannot do better, but you won't be disappointed if you go to this restaurant. Not overly pricey by American standards, but one of the more expensive places we went in Warsaw (we kept away from the... More

I was in Warsaw for a meeting. A group of us set out for dinner and we were recommended here. Big yards of beer, great appetizers, potato pancakes and other items I had no idea what they were. The waiters made the selections, basically. Not Disappointing at all. Bread with a spread stands out as the word went out it... More
We went twice, absolutely brilliant food, atmosphere and service. You have GOT to try this place! Recommend the potato pancake with goulash, and any of the beers with added raspberry liquor :) brilliant!
If you don't mind waiting ages to be served and getting ripped off then this is the eatery for you. When we finally got to place our order, the dishes we had chosen were no longer available This was not really a big deal and we quickly chose alternatives. Food arrived and it was ok. The waitress kept coming over... More
