Our last night in Budapest we ate here. The owner waited on us with great enthusiasm and was very attentive. The restaurant was busy. The food was very good and we enjoyed the evening very much! It all could not have been better!

By far the best restaurant we visited in Budapest - much better than the bigger name, more touristy and expensive types. Small, intimate, on a small side street near the Four Seasons and Sofitel. We had some great Hungarian wine and traditional Hungarian food. Service was excellent and fun!

I come here on every trip to Budapest and am never disappointed. The menu is always delicious (try the goose liver selection) and I always listen to the sommelier. He never disappoints. Great wait staff, as well.

I loved the wine.the plates were not bad(nothing extreme)but good served. Staff also nice and kind. Good choice for dinner(not so lunch time)and good area too.

Went there with my family and it was excellent. You must try the foie gras selection it's delicious and their speciality. The service was great and wine selection excellent.

Tigris was recommended to me by two of my colleagues at the conference I attended. They specialize in upscale versions of classic Hungarian dishes. Overall, the food was very good and the service was even better. Trust the wine guys here--they directed us to two different Hungarian wines that we're truly spectacular.
