Stopped in to listen to some live music on Fri night. Everyone was very friendly and the music was quite enjoyable. My friends and I enjoyed a soda while listening to the music.
My husband and I had lunch here during our vacation. We stayed at a cabin in Allenspark and loved that we could walk to this cafe for lunch. The menu was full of fresh ingredients and the sandwich were really, really good. We loved that were able to sit outside on a nicely decorated patio. The employees were really friendly... More
Initially headed for a different cafe suggested by the GPS after a mountain hike but it was closed and we happened upon Tapestry by accident just as we were headed out of town. Funky, peaceful vibe with decent menu selection and personal touches throughout (including fresh flowers on the tables AND in the restroom!), hummingbirds zipping around and a great... More
My wife and in-laws and I had spent the day in Estes Park and RMNP and were headed home to the front range when we stopped in for an early dinner before getting back to our normal hustle and bustle. Everything about this place made for such a great conclusion to our weekend. The food was great, the service was... More
After a nice hike in the nearby mountains, we stopped in for a snack. I had the daily special drink, which was a raspberry latte. It was sinfully delicious. We also had a berry cobbler, which was tasty but a bit dry. Friendly service, lovely location. We will be back!
Relaxed atmosphere. One of the last authentic mountain towns in the west. The place is quiet and unassuming, our town's only internet cafe. Sit and write in your journal, think, or check email. Contemplate life. Perfect.
The food here is very generic and if you visit late in the season you may not get fresh food. The live music that they have is very amateur and only suitable if your drunk.
Stopped by here for a GatorAid after a long high to above Pear Lake. Very quiet and serene. Wished I could have stayed longer. I agree that this is a Gem of AllensPark. See pics I've posted. Food and coffe drinks looked good. Friendly service by owner also, as you would expect.
There's not a lot going on in Allenspark, but we thoroughly enjoyed this coffee house. There are a number of defined sandwiches (I had one that included turkey breast, guacamole, sprouts, red onion and provelone) that you can have served on a bagel, croissant, whole wheat bread, tortilla wraps, etc. And she happily made up specials for those who couldn't... I happened on to this wonderful coffee house in Allenspark. I had soup and a sandwich and enjoyed the great scenery. As I sat there, I counted over 20 people that came in and went out on their way either to or from Estes Park.
