I was very impressed with the quality of food. What looks like a hotel bar is actually a very high quality restaurant that is situated beside the Wheeler Opera House. I had a beet salad with shrimp and was quite impressed with the fresh ingredients. Will make it a point to visit there next year.

Loved this place - everything we had was exceptional. From the rare cocktails, wines by the glass, gourmet flat breads, best kale salad ever, flat iron steak, salmon: perfectly prepared. Desserts: pumpkin bread pudding, apple pie, all made on premises....I miss it all now that I am home.

Had dinner in Justice Snows during my recent trip to Aspen. Service was excellent, staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was great - great atmosphere too! - highly recommended.

We needed a quick lunch spot and walked in without reservations. Service was prompt and the place is bright and airy. my favorite is the RedRum. Followed by a pitcher of Zombies. A good, friendly bar just a bit away from the mountians. Very accomodating staff, and a fun bar crowd. Aspen pricey.
