The spot for anything upscale in Apalach .They even offer some excellent wines from their wine store that can be purchased and brought to your dinner table ,enjoyed,and recorked if your do not finish the bottle.

We were surprised at the quality of our meals. The appetizer, baked Brie with honey and peanuts was outstanding. We both had the fish specials, mahimahi and grouper. We even took dessert home!

Our first trip to this restaurant was a very pleasant experience. Food was outstanding, pricing reasonable and service was friendly, prompt and efficient. We look forward to returning on a regular basis during our two month stay in the area each year.

We ate at Verandas twice while in Apalachicola. Liked it best of all the restaurants there. Excellent wines! The best place to go if you love wine. We recommend it to others we met while there. Food that are outstanding are the home-made salad dressings (bleu cheese and citrus vinaigrette) the olive bread, and their pecan pie.
