We stayed 12 days in Maya Beach, trying lots of local places to eat and the Bistro is by far the best place to eat. EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious. The daily specials are even more worth the try.

We went twice to this venue and both times the food and service were excellent.Imagintive dishes that looked and tasted good, an interesting wine list,try the red wine from California "The Riddler" this is agreat wine and my guess is red Zin and Cab Sauv. The best in town? I think its up there.
