We thought this place was going to be relaxed and serve southern food. Instead it was a classy New Orleans style resturant with multiple seafood options. it has a nice atmosphere. Has a very clean and fresh decor. The food was very tasty. I had shortribs which were very tender and my hpusband had salmon. The fish cakes were awesome... More

Excellent food!!! Get the BBQ on a drop biscuit and the shrimp and grits and you will be a happy camper! The patio is great in warm weather especially when there is live music and the service is always stellar!! The bisque is also excellent!

Wonderful restaurant in Athens - even better yet, it's very close to my daughter's home in Athens - so, we eat there quite frequently! We have never been disappointed in our many different choices of entrees - the scallops and parmesan grits are fabulous, as is the stuffed eggplant. I think everything at this restaurant is wonderful! Plus, the staff... More

This place was a nice find in Athens recently to get authentic New Orleans style food and drink. The prices were fair (not a great deal though) but the number of crawfish in my ettouffe easily made up for it. This is a great place for a date night, white table clothes and attentive waiters. I would return.

and very enjoyable. The food is good if not spectacular and reasonably priced. The appetizers are fun and made for sharing. Main courses are good but sometimes "hit or miss"--usually a hit. Service varies from glacially slow to well-intentioned if a bit scattered but always pleasant.

This is my new favorite place to eat in Athens! I have two kids at UGA and when visiting I always like to try something new if possible. This past weekend took me to George's Low Country Table and I am already planning a repeat visit later this month to try out their brunch. I had the braised boneless short... More

My son and I had a late lunch/early dinner at this restaurant for Easter. The entire experience was awesome! Our server, Jermain, was pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and so accommodating. We both started with a soup choice - my son had the French Onion, which he said was the best soup he had EVER had, and I chose the... More

The food here is excellent and service is superb. I recommend the Crawfish Etouffe! One person in our party was not please with her food and just commented that if she'd realized how "hot" the barbeque shrimp was, she would have ordered something else. They adjusted the bill and sent a complimentary dessert to the table. I've eaten here several... More

Great food, great service. Waitress went out of her way to find out a question I had about where to find a local beer. Seemed geniunely helpful. The food was fresh, well-cooked and presented well! Parking was a bit of a pain.
