We have eaten at Last Resort Grill many times over the past 14 years. The food is consistently good and the service is always efficient and friendly. Save room for dessert. The cakes from Cecelia's Bakery are fabulous. You can't go wrong for lunch or dinner at Last Resort.

Only reason this doesn't get a 5-star rating is that it's SO crowded and loud - like hard to hear person across from you loud. A busy place in downtown Athens, so you may have to wait, but you'll probably think it was worth the wait. A nice variety of options. My shrimp and grits tasted great, and my UGA student daughter's salmon was tasty too.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years! The staff is well trained and always ready to help. The athmosphere is lively and hip. The food is just fantastic! And most importantly the prices are the most reasonable in town! LOVE IT!
