The food looked so clean that I ate the salads here with no problems. Great hummus, good wi fi, nice staff, and its right next to seeing hands clinic!

I'm regular here and find it too good. never get bored visiting here. they offer varieties of healthy breakfast, too good to miss steaks, i always prefer medium done pepper steak. sandwich is a must try with nachos and salsa. even the simplest momo is too delicious here. Do not miss their freshly baked brownie, apple pie and carrot cake... More

Have eaten here two days in a row. Lovely fish even though it was previously frozen, the spices made it amazing to eat. Didn't love the coffee or the mint lemonade at all. The veggie sandwich was tasty and fresh although it didn't come with the chips and salsa as promised. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were quite... More

Glad to see this restaurant has been knocked off as top rated restaurant in Kathmandu, a position it does not deserve. I read the worse Tripadvisor reviews, including one by DanoCanada which said Delices De France was better, so went there instead. Found it is closed Monday nights, so went to Gaia after all. Clearly popular as it was crowded,... More

Gaia was a favorite for us. Be sure to try the ginger warmers! They're addicting and make you feel great if you're feeling a little under the weather. The meusli, yogurt and fruit bowl was the best I've had in the Thamel district.
