Love the texture of the noodle in thick soup, though a bit thirsty after eating (guess added MSG), but still NT$40 for a small bowl is a super good deal!

I tried this flour rice noodle in winter. It's hot and warm up the stomach. The soup is thick and the flour rice noodle is smooth... It's a long queue when we visit the shop but the service is quite fast and efficient. Not a restaurant type, it's more like a "eat and go" type stall... Only stools are provided...... More

We had finally checked this place out, it can get quite busy and there are no tables, just pull up a stool (if available) or eat standing! :) Very tasty and quick when there is not many peope.. also if you're not feeling like sitting down in a restaurant, quick way to grab a bite to eat :D

very tasty. the noodle is so soft and sooo smooth. the thickness of the soup is just made. very value for money.

AY-CHUNG is probably the most famous flour-rice noodle stand in Taipei. Though it is tasty, there are always lots of people waiting lines to order, and that may disrupt the mood to enjoy the food. This vermicelli soup tastes special and I feel like swallowing a few bowls. Service is efficient despite the long queue. No wonder its famous!
