Because its such great value, and offers such a great variety of local food, we ended up there 3 times as the various tours we did took us there for our included meals. Wonderful way to try local cuisine in clean safe environment. Very popular with locals and visitors.

Don't be deterred by the line-ups. They are constant every evening, and move quickly, as the restaurant is enormous and well-staffed. With the exception of restaurants and hotels, this is probably your cleanest dining option in Hanoi. Feels like dining in a food court in another major Asian city. Good but not great food.

I can't rave about the food enough. Street food in great surroundings. It was really tasty and everything we ate was fresh and busting with flavour. Try the shrimp patty cooked on sugar cane with rice pancakes... Delicious!
