We stopped here for a coffee and cake break. Although largely full of westerners, the coffee and cake here were very good - there was a large selection. Highly recommend.

Good coffee. Free refill. Good service. Cool air-con. Excellent Wifi. What more do you want (cakes & treats look nice)
As I am living in Hanoi I am frequently found in a location of Joma. It is Western food, well prepared and served with excellent coffee. The price tag is as you can expect in any European capital city, making it a bit expensive in comparison for the rest of the city, yet the value for money is good.
I really like Joma. When I arrived in Hanoi I went to the Hanoi Social Club a lot but I have gradually swicthed over to Joma. The food in both places is good but I find Joma more comfortable, the prices are a bit better and the staff is outstanding at Joma. Another big plus: you can pay with a...

if you crave for a good cuppa and bagels, this is absolutely the place to go. the servers are attentive and friendly. the bagels are fresh and the coffee, strong. really great place for breakfast or light snacks.
They served really delicious bakery ( must try their bagels) and good coffee. Ambience was nice too, quiet and with good wifi.
We tried lots of coffee houses during our stay in Hanoi and we were suprised that we were able to buy a really good cup at Joma.It was usually busy which is always a good sign and consequently we visited Joma numerous times.Very good cakes as well!!
Thanks Tounsley! We pride ourselves on brewing one of the best cups of coffee in Hanoi.

Great place to have a coffee, relax and use WiFi. No complaints except maybe the price. Wish it was cheaper so I could eat then delicious sandwiches everyday.
Thanks Renata! I'm sorry we can't make the sandwiches cheaper any time soon, but it sounds like you feel they're tasty enough to be worth it.

Didn't try this as a restaurant but needed food to take zith us on the train for the long night to Hue. Of course more expensive than street food, but if you are looking for an american style sandwich to take with you - you wont be disappointed here.
An unexpected find while taking our usual walk around the place. Walk further in and you will find a separate area where it's quiet, comfortable, the perfect place for a cup of coffee/tea and the book you have been waiting to finish.
Also a popular place for locals to hangout with their friends and chat over a cup of coffee....
