Food is not what we expected- not good and very expensive. They added 10% for tax, 5% for the service and they are really hidden costs. Avoid!

We visited highway 4 due to a recommendation in the Lonely Planet. Disappointing at best. The food was expensive, not that nice, the cocktail-lady quite pushy and they forgot half of our order. All together; not worth the time and money

It was quite hard to find one eating place for a big group (10-pax) like us. Highway 4 is one of them. Nice ambience with nice food. The price is a little bit higher than the average. We spent around USD8 per person for our lunch.

best food in Hanoi by far, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere for dinner.
