Great location in the centre of Saigon. A different experience on every level - if you want a Spanish traditional bar the ground floor is great for happy hour beers, the next floor has live music most nights or you can simply chill out on the open air roof terrace with some Tapas and god views. Am slightly disabled so was allowed to eat downstairs in the bar. Really enjoyed it, only had tapas , which were good. (had large 'v'ietnamese lunch) It was like being in a bar in Spain, lots of Spaniards. really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Staff were very pleasant too.
