Had a great birthday party of my friend... good collection of wine. Had a great time with friends. The staff was very friendly, and nice to us even we were very drunk. The portions of some dishes are not very big but very delicious.

Heard that this is a very good Spanish restaurant in HCMC...but was terribly disappointed. Probably because I grew up around authentic Spanish cuisine and can actually cook a mean Paella, Callos ala Madrilena and other Spanish delicacies.
The menu is primarily focused on Tapas and there is a wide variety. You gotta give them credit for that. We ordered the...

Great location in the centre of Saigon. A different experience on every level - if you want a Spanish traditional bar the ground floor is great for happy hour beers, the next floor has live music most nights or you can simply chill out on the open air roof terrace with some Tapas and god views. The food is fantastic...

Am slightly disabled so was allowed to eat downstairs in the bar. Really enjoyed it, only had tapas , which were good. (had large 'v'ietnamese lunch) It was like being in a bar in Spain, lots of Spaniards. really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Staff were very pleasant too.
fabulous cocktails in the rooftop bar/restaurant. very classy place to drink, probably my favourite bar in Saigon.
My husband and I went for dinner. The clue should have been when lasagne was spelt incorrectly on the menu. They couldn't spell or cook it! The vegtables in it had not been pre roasted and they nearly raw - the topping had no colour and I sent it back to be cooked for another 10 mins - it was...

Ended up here after a break once a week of fantastic Vietnamese food was starting to wear thin. We were in on a Saturday, and the atmosphere was an odd place between a restaurant and a club. The food was choppy. A grilled goat cheese dish and gambas al pil-pil were quite nice. The house chorizo we found way too...

I have now been to Pacharan twice on my business trips to HCMC. It has a great location with lots of night life. The multiple levels of the resto offer great seating options (bar, cozy tables, large group tables, and roof top seating). When it's not too hot seating on the roof is really nice. The food is reasonably priced...

Started off well - table was fine, drinks arrived quickly enough. Food was good though portions were small but perhaps this is to be expected. Major downside is the level of knowledge the staff have about the menu - any questions are met with blank looks ('do you have mineral water? - 'yes we have water' - do you have...

I was in Ho Chi Minh for work last week and decided to visit Pacharan since it was just down the road from the hotel I was staying at. I had heard that they do really good tapas so a friend and I decided to check it out.
It's a four-storey walk-up building with seats on every floor, I think...
