Nice food, try the beef medallions. Haven't tried the pizzas for a while and unfortunately they don't do ossobucco anymore. That was my favourite. Not a cheap place, by any means. But quite authentic with an Italian chef. Many Italians in Baku eat there. And one night when I was there before Eurovision weekend the Italian delegation showed up. They seemed to like it.

As much as I know it is the oldest Italian restaurant in Baku and to my opinion is the best one. Excellent food, quality service, reasonable prices. Open buffet business lunch is very good. Last time have tried the sea bass cooked and served by the Italian chef himself. It was something unbelievable. Thank you Elio!

Realy friendly place. Exellent food. Best Italiyan food in Baku. Fresh Ravioli was very tasteful.

excellent service...true italian style ....very friendly staff and especially excellent menu.....i recommend the homemade pasta cooked in varius specialties,very good Also meat or fisch ............. There are also a many varieties of italian wine(prosecco,grappa). Finally if you want take a relax ...there is also a nice lounge ,you can listen music( some day live),drink a good glass of wine ...

I went for a dinner in Scalini after few years and i found it top quality as i had let it. Service and food was of first class italian style. The place is warm and familiar. I can raccomand to play at a visit during you stay in Baku to taste apice of Italy in Azerbaijan.
