We chose this restaurant based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, and we certainly weren't disappointed. We shared the scallops for starter, which were gorgeous, and plenty between two. We then had the stingray curry and soft shell crab for main. The food was packed with flavour, really fresh, and excellently cooked, all at really reasonable prices. We really couldn't... More

Went here for business dinner with clients. Great setting but food was not as good as we had hoped for. Nothing to complain really, just not the stand out meal we expected to receive

The environment is nice but quite formal. The food was a bit dissapointing - nice but we had better on our trip and over priced.

We visited at lunch time and were surrounded by suits, it seems to be where high powered business men go for lunch so it was a bit of a formal atmosphere. The waitresses were efficient but very cold. As for the food, new age Khmer, very small servings for a high price. Perhaps a better atmosphere in the evenings, perhaps... More

Not as per we could expect. And not as the comments listed :( No orange juice, no creme caramel, food not too much taste , service hurry for you to pay and go and had to pay 2 bottles of Vittel water ! As they did not have normal water ! Strange as the table next to us got some!... More

Excellent mix of traditional and modern Khmer cuisine in a beautiful place, filled with elegance and serenity. All products and recipes are Cambodian and a testimony to the country's refined culture.

We have been to this restaurant twice. The food is fantastic. A great place to try traditional Khmer food. Tasty ingredients, prepared with attention to detail. Expensive in comparison to other restaurants but you are paying for the lovely setting. And the generous portions. Our favourite dining experience in Phnom Penh.

No doubt, Malis is a good place if you want to try some authentic Khmer food. The fun is spoiled, however, by serving ladies who consider themselves as ladies indeed but not as waitresses. Arrogant, no smile, for the special Khmer New Year menu we had to ask twice even though it was advertised on the internet and sent out... More
