Start off with the onion soup, followed by the Beef bourguignon, and finish with either the creme brûlée or the tiramisu. Enjoy the meal with a carafe of wine and finish with an espresso.
Couscous is one of my favorite cuisines as I have ever lived in Morrocco for 3 years. I always try couscous or cuisine marocaine when I visit different cities in the world. I had not expected to taste couscous in the Southeast Asian countries. When I found "Couscous" on the menu at La Terrace in Vientiane, I was really delighted.... More
La Terrasse makes for a completely satisfying dining experience for the lone traveller as well as a group. Laos food is ideal for sharing, lots of dishes to try amongst a group of friends. But when you're eating alone you need somewhere where you can order a dish that isn't too overwhelmingly large so that you find yourself bored half... More
La Terrasse is in the same street as my guesthouse, I found it walking by. Ever since I ate almost all of my meals there, accompanied by a friend or reading a book. The place looks exquisite but the prices are reasonable and the food is fantastic. So far I had burritos and Pizza and chocolate cake. The staff is... More
The staff were very welcoming, they always ensured your water glass was topped up. Soup was delicious as was the accompanying bread. Pizzas were also very yummy. A little over priced for Laos but I would say worth it
followed a highly reccomended post in Rough Guide, and its true - very excellent pizza! Good value for the quality of food you get here.

But the staff is nice, they know what they serve, they speak 3 languages, they are attentive, and nice. And then the food comes. Huge portions, outstandingly prepared classical french cuisine - no fuss,... More
