“OK food but internet can be very slow!”

Not a bad menu and the coffee is ok. Good for brunch on the week end. But the wifi here is very slow so if you want to work I suggest you go somewhere else!!!! They often have good exhibitions of pictures, photos etc.

Good quality international style food with puddings that excelled! Service was prompt and attentive and smiling staff were willing to please at all times. Variations to dishes, when requested, were met without problem.

La Grand Dame has very good food - and also desserts. Service is attentive, but food comes slowly (made/heated fresh to order). Place is quiet and clean -and non-smoking inside!

La Grande Dame Cafe is a about 2 blocks from Rudaki Street and well worth seeking out. The food is beautifully prepared and flavorful. I had a lemon chicken dish on one visit and a pistachio-crusted chicken dish on another occasion; both dishes, served with mashed potatoes and other vegetables, were outstanding.
