Well, I think the belief 'Samgye-tang' is healthy food is somewhat reasonable especially in scorching summer. However, I am still in doubt as to which this soup make a person more stronger. Just enjoy this to realise disassembling cooked chicken is kind of art:)

Within my ten days visit to Seoul I come back twice to this place. The Samgyetang really delicious and the Queue Line are long, but worth it. My suggestion come early with your empty stomach :) by the way for additional info this place has real nice interior.
