Beside Nakumatt and the food courts do not think it is worthwhile. The masai market is lovely but the same sae stuff for the last 6 yrs! Needs new ideas , fresh marketing and excitement. Sometimes it filled with fake diplomatic staff who have no option but to hang out in the food court! Not a mall or not a...

I love going to the village market. It's like an escape from the real world. They have wonderful art galleries and restaurants.
You'll find all the stores you need at this outdoor mall. It's a bit of a trek if you're not staying in the Gigiri/Runda area, but it's well designed and they've got live music at times.

Actually, most people will not go there for shopping, except for the Nakumatt supermarket that attracts a lot of customers largely from the diplomatic community in Gigiri and some shops, but it remains largely an entertainment place with some good restaurants, a cinema theatre and an exhibition hall. Its open air ambiance makes it different from some of the other...
