ridiculously small proportions come with a huge price tag. better to have a drink at the bar than full course meal. amazing view, child size servings. ordered lamb chops, was baffled to see they were the size of a lollipop. Really Alain Ducasse?

Excellent view, great food and service - VERY expensive for what you get!
While all rave about SPOON, the view was definitely the highlight! Overpriced wine list, but finally came to happy compromise with sommelier. Spoon was full (and this was a Tuesday) ... Food was very french ...i was not blown away, but maybe i was not in the mood for this cuisine ...
The most disappointing Michelin 2 Star experience ever. A signature restaurant with only the view to recommend it. Dull, uninspiring food totally without the "WOW" factor you should expect from a restaurant holding 2 Stars. If this was in Europe it wouldn't last a month, certainly not at the prices it charges. When did the "signature" chef Alain Ducasse last...

We enjoyed the tasting menu (as we did on our previous visit to this restaurant in 2007) with matched French wines, seated in what was possibly the best seats in the house on a relatively clear night. The food was beautifully prepared and presented, and the dishes were well spaced as we had experienced before. The wines were an interesting...

the view could be the best of this restaurant...and I liked those little cute and good tasty macaroons they gave as gifts when you leave the restaurant...
I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The service was fantastic down to the last detail. The view superb. Food was very good and the prices were sky high. Portions were on the smaller side though personally I did not mind as I did not come away hungry. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile and shown our...

Had the standard tasting menu with wine accompaniment . Very good food but over priced. Service was top notch with exception that I couldn't understand the sommelier. Incredible view of Victoria harbor.
Spoon has the sort of ambience which makes you feel like you are totally at home, without losing its modern luxe touch. Food is consistently good everytime, and service is 5 star, attentive and friendly without being overwhelming. Views are excellent if u book a window table, but even if u can't snag one, everything else will impress.
A fine dining experience to be remembered. Beautiful dining rooms in a magnificent hotel with enviable views of the harbor. Wow. Add to this a clever and delicious menu...and you have a night to remember! Wonderful experience....in every way.
