Service is very attentive. Great variety of food in appetiser, meat, fish, pasta . Great value set luncheon with hors-d'œuvre buffet table. Not to foret the stunning view of the Victoria Harbor.

Located in the 19th floor of a mall building, the restaurant has wonderful views over Hong Kong harbour, nice atmosphere with outside terrace and a very complete menu, almost too long. I tried the magnificent wagyu carpaccio with fois gras, parmesan and trufles ( a must try) and the sea bass which was good but not outstanding. Expensive

The dinner I had at Harlans was perfect from start to finish. The food was just delicious, although I opted for a pizza for main which probably wasn't the best choice - I tried some of my friends pasta's and they were to die for! I went there two times, one time for dinner, one time for bruch. both times were almost perfect, except that one of our friends ordered pizza and pasta, which were a bit too experimental. all other food was unbelievably good.

The good: -Nice view with large windows overlooking the harbor and Kowloon -OK but not great food (the desserts were very nice) The bad: -Terrible service with desultory waiters shorting you on drinks, not understanding basic etiquette and treating customers with indifference or even hostility -Noisy because of bad accoustics (even on a slow night) -EXPENSIVE!
