This was a business lunch with some colleagues. Table booked in advance, so no waiting was necessary. The lunch menu looked well balanced with a bit of everything but the difficulty was not in the selection but reading what was on the menu. The front page of the menu was, despite poorly spaced, quite straight forward but the second page... More

Walking down Nathan Road, we decided to pop into a mall and literally tripped upon Harlan's. Located at 100 Nathan Road is a restaurant haven called "The One". We decided to check out the 19th floor and a place called Harlan's and so happy we did! Upon walking into the restaurant, the first thing that stood out was the inviting... More

Service is very attentive. Great variety of food in appetiser, meat, fish, pasta . Great value set luncheon with hors-d'œuvre buffet table. Not to foret the stunning view of the Victoria Harbor.

Located at The One, 19th Floor. Came across this restaurant when I was planning my HK trip. Becoz their stunning views wanted to try their Hi Tea, so went there, surprisingly, the price was reasonable ard S$40 plus for two and the Hi Tea was so delicious. Enjoy that afternoon in peaceful and stunning views beside me. I am sure... More

Located in the 19th floor of a mall building, the restaurant has wonderful views over Hong Kong harbour, nice atmosphere with outside terrace and a very complete menu, almost too long. I tried the magnificent wagyu carpaccio with fois gras, parmesan and trufles ( a must try) and the sea bass which was good but not outstanding. Expensive

The dinner I had at Harlans was perfect from start to finish. The food was just delicious, although I opted for a pizza for main which probably wasn't the best choice - I tried some of my friends pasta's and they were to die for! I had a couple of amazing cocktails there too! Just wonderful and worth every penny.... More

we arrived at the restaraunt the greeting was friendly but it went down hill from there, the Rioja(red) wine was proudly presented to us and confirmed with pride that the wine was served at between 10 and 13 degrees which was much to cold for the flavours to develop, the room temp was so gold that we both ate in... I went there two times, one time for dinner, one time for bruch. both times were almost perfect, except that one of our friends ordered pizza and pasta, which were a bit too experimental. all other food was unbelievably good.

The good: -Nice view with large windows overlooking the harbor and Kowloon -OK but not great food (the desserts were very nice) The bad: -Terrible service with desultory waiters shorting you on drinks, not understanding basic etiquette and treating customers with indifference or even hostility -Noisy because of bad accoustics (even on a slow night) -EXPENSIVE! Verdict: Stay away! I... More
