Sabatini is an authentic Italian restaurant in Hong Kong, in terms of food authenticity, interior decoration and the restaurant itself. The best food materials are served and sourced. Service is of professional standard. Together with the live band, it is also a restaurant serving the best available and giving us surprise. My first time at Sabatini Italiano. My local hosts asked me beforehand what food I would like - I said Italian and they brought me here. Certainly a memorable occasion and can't wait to come back again. The atmosphere is amazing, very stylish and classy. Wonderful menu and the most massive Wine List (like a thick book). Thanks so much...

It was around Christmas when I visited the Sabatini. It is used to be one of the famous Italian restaurant back in 80s. Without fading for years, Sabatini offers warm and welcoming Christmas decoration once getting in. Genuine Italian menu. Appetizer bar provides wide choices of ham and salads. Osso Buco is awesome, can't miss the last sip of juice...

The preparation was good though not too many vegetarian items on the menu but they can cater to the vegetarian options. The staff can be better trained though. I found it a little noisy.
For Hk good Italian food, place is very clean, service is good and they offer a group of Chinese music makers that wish to sound like Frank and Dean.and do a entertaining job. Have gone here several times over the years and have never not had a good meal and evening.. A bit pricy.
Restaurant suit for couples, the quality of the food is good, the layout of the environment is very Italian feel, but the price is a bit expensive, short distance between the table and the table.

However, on this visit, the Linguine Sabatini sauce was dryer and not as rich. They changed their serving dish, from a normal...

I stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel in 2009 and to this day I remember how great were the authentic italian dishes. Back then I ate at the restaurant four times within my two weeks stay.
When I went back this year, I couldn't wait to go there and taste the food again.
The restaurant is very popular, so if...

On our way home to Chicago from a long trip to Burma and Laos, we spent two days in Hong Kong. Eating at Sabatini was a marvelous way to end this fascinating vacation. It is located in a not very exciting hotel, but don't be fooled, this restaurant is marvelous. The service was extraordinary, the food delectable from beginning to...
