Rather dark place...the food was OK, some dishes tasted good. Service really needs improvement, and the place is highly understaffed.

I like the place as this is the only one in kuningan. I usually eat here daily .. you should try there vegetarian thali that will cost you less than USD 7 .. I love khadhai paneer and gajar ka halwa..
Discovered this place by accident as its tucked away in a nice residential area of Mega Kuningan..nothing too fancy...For those who crave for real Indian tasting food in Jakarta, then this is it! You will get real goat meat as is known and available in India ("mutton"..most restaurants outside India will serve Lamb as mutton )!. Almost all dishes are...

One of the decent places in Jakarta to have good Indian food. (Ground floor of Bellagio Mall) Went on a Sunday for its North Indian Buffet. Spread was minimal with one curry and one dry vegetable in veg and similar spread in non veg. Starters were chat, dosa, idli and vada. Good place for people who are looking for homely...

I had the Mutton Biryani and the Chicken tandoori. Both were excellent and far beyond my expectations. Quality way better than any indian restaurant in my hometown (dallas). Put this one on your list and it also happens to be close to the Mega Kuningan Area (inside the Bellagio Mall)
Any Indian worth his/her indianness will vouch for the biriyani that one misses back home. This is it friends. Order chicken tikka biriyani from Royal kitchen and enjoy the authentic taste of dum biriyani. It comes in a sealed clay pot closed with a lid and sealed with flour and baked. Yummy and delicious. An indian feeling in Indonesia. Go...

Had buffet and al catre, potions are small and food quality need quite lot of improvement. Will always keep as second option.
To begin with the quality is excellent, We started with Tomato Soup, it was perfect. For an Appetizer we chose Cheese Naan which was wonderful, Finished it off with Curry and rice. Service was fantastic and all at a very reasonable price.
Happened to try this restaurant among many others in the city, along with family and have never stopped ordering from here since then. Its a coincidence that we have moved in pretty close (in the same building actually) and that only makes it more easier to order-in whenever you want to experience the "indian" taste again. Friendly staff and warm...
