Lousy cheap fried food. Too expensive drinks. Horrible decor that belongs back in 1970. Service was rubbish too.

Cafe del Mar is just along the beach. It serves good food for dinner and great cocktail drinks! Me and my husband ordered this big burger that comes with fries and it was very delicious. The one thing going for Cafe del Mar is its location and that's it. Service was haphazard, the food was average and the property needs a major makeover. It's worth giving this place a miss and go somewhere else on Sentosa

“Sit outside on the beach with your own drinks.”

Dissapointing. It looked badly maintained, staff were slow and music was repetitive crap on a loop. I wished I had gone to the nearby 7 eleven got my own drinks and just chilled on the beach immediately outside. I would have saved all that money.

Overall I have to say we were totally pleased with the cafe del mar, even tho the food wasnt great. The portions were quite small and the sea food in my girlfriend´s pasta wasnt fresh. Went there on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00 and there were NO TABLES! Had to stand around for over an hour and wait. missed the lunch menu got the snacks. ordered a mojito mocktail with coke (not cold) vegatarian sandwich (prison food) . Decor from the 70's.
