That's the whole problem! Supposed to be -or wants to be- but only fair service, average cooking and top of the line bill. Better go to Nomenu...It is the opposite.

This is a favourite of ours when we have friends coming to see us in Singapore. The location, the atmosphere and the cocktails are great. Now for the food - exceptional modern italian - very stylish!
