Very average food, and not great value. Nice beetroot/chocolate torte though. Duxton Hill area is very cool.
Friends of mine and I recently 'lunched' at BROTH and were more than happy with the quality of the food, menu choices, wine list and atmosphere - all wonderful - by all counts. BUT... Seriously - BROTH Owner/Manager....PLEASE PLEASE train your Staff. If they are new or on their first day, Senior Staff should be watching them and coaching them.... More
Tucked away and quiet in Duxton, excellent service (service charge not automatically put on the bill, entirely based on how you felt service truly was, which I appreciate) and super yummy food. Great for date nights.
I went here with a friend for an evening meal. We happened upon this place without a booking and were friendly greeted and promptly seated. The food was great, and the wine superb. The atmosphere was so good, and the company great, so we stayed a while. The staff were attentive when they needed to be, without being overbearing. If... More

I like to visit this place for lunch when in Duxton. The service is always very attentive and friendly without going over the top. The decor is stylish but unpretentious and the food quality is consistent. Great place!
If you want to be in central Singapore but want to get 'away', Broth on Duxton Hill is a great alternative. Nice suroundings with quite a few bars for pre-dinner drinks. Food has high quality.
This is one of the longer established restaurants in the cozy lanes of Duxton Hill. The restaurant is supposed to be Australian, dishes are presented in a modern and tasteful way yet not too fussy or over the top. Portions are generous and wine line is quite extensive. There is indoor and outdoor seating, atmosphere is stylish casual (went there... More
Had dinner with friends. Staff was very warm and eating outside was beautiful. Fried oysters and Cesar salad were solid. Main courses of pasta and puff pastry with fish were very good. Sticky date pudding and cheese dish were great finishers. I would come again.
Having booked this for valentines I was expecting a half-hearted attempt at a decent meal. From the nice table outside through to the shared dessert, this was one of the nicest meals I've had in Singapore. The service was great, the food great and the atmosphere great. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
