Asian Peruvian fushion. This is one of the best dining experiences ever – food was innovative and very tasty, wine recommendations were outstanding. We had the waiter choose and serve us a number of shared dishes and all were great. You will pay well for the experience, but very much worth it.

Don't hesitate with this one. A must-try if you visit Santiago. Always make a reservation though- friends of mine have been turned away at 7pm sharp when the restaurant was completely empty. They also don't seem very fond of children.

I went for a very short lunch and experiment tasting a few ceviches: it was great. Service was fine...only one thing was really bad: I've been received by an ordinary, arrogant and unfriendly restaurant manager as the hostess wasn't available! Obviously not at the level you should expect in this place. Maybe a better reception for men and ugly ladies?

The ceviche was a bit disappointing, in that I expected it to be served traditional style, but it was deconstructed on a plate, so I had to mix the components together. Great service and food for the right price, the ambient is also really nice as the hole W Hotel. Definitly a place to go while inI Santiago.
